- Day of procedure: No coffee or caffeine of any kind up to the time of the procedure.
Does the procedure hurt?

Will there be any scarring?

How long does the procedure take?

You’ll be able to relax comfortably during the procedure, and most patients are surprised at how smooth and streamlined the process feels from start to finish.
What is the recovery like?
Following your procedure, you should avoid anything that will cause unnecessary sweating such as strenuous exercise, steam rooms, and saunas. Don’t consume alcohol for at least one week to help transplanted grafts heal quickly, and try your best not to touch the newly transplanted hair with either hands or combs.
How soon will I see results?
Once the hair follicles have been implanted, the grafted hair will stay in place for about two to three weeks before shedding. Don’t worry! This is normal and an important part of the new growth process. After shedding, the new growth will begin in three to four months and your hair should continue to grow normally. Keep in mind that individual results and timelines may vary for each patient.
