Low testosterone creeps in quietly — and it's often mistaken for "just getting older." If these sound familiar, it may be time to get your levels checked.
Constant tiredness and low energy, even after a full night's sleep.
Decreased sex drive and erectile difficulties.
Stubborn fat around the belly and hips, with declining strength.
Trouble focusing, memory lapses, irritability, anxiety, or low mood.
Other signs can include hair loss, anemia, and decreased bone density.
Low testosterone is about far more than feeling tired. Left unaddressed, it's linked to real, long-term health concerns — affecting your heart, your bones, your body, and your mind.
The good news: it's highly treatable. Optimizing your levels with physician-guided care doesn't just help you feel better — it helps protect your long-term health.

“Since I started, I feel like a kid again — it's amazing. If someone had told me before I turned 50 that anything could make me feel 15 to 20 years younger, I'd have asked where to sign. I could tell the team knows what they were doing — regular bloodwork, consistent monitoring, not just testosterone, they look at everything. I wouldn't go anywhere else, no matter the cost. This team has transformed my life.”

Your TRT Questions, Answered
Our TRT program is physician-led and follows Endocrine Society clinical guidelines — symptoms plus confirmed low bloodwork, then careful, ongoing monitoring. Here's exactly what that looks like for you.
Your first TRT consultation is completely free — come in, learn how testosterone replacement works, see what we offer, and ask anything, with no obligation. If you decide to move forward, onboarding bloodwork is a flat $150. Once your labs are back, you'll sit down with our provider to review every result and confirm whether you're a candidate. If you are, you'll get started on our monthly TRT membership, with your choice of in-clinic injections, at-home self-injections, or pellet therapy.
These reflect what our patients typically report about their own experience — not guaranteed results. Every man is different.
Weeks 1–2: Many men notice a subtle lift in energy — especially in the afternoon — along with better mood, motivation, and focus. Some feel their workouts go more smoothly and their libido beginning to return. Research on testosterone therapy has documented improvements in sexual desire and mood within the first week, peaking around week two.
Weeks 3–4: These changes tend to solidify — steadier all-day energy, easier stress handling, less irritability, stronger libido, and modest gains in strength and recovery. This is also when we do your first lab recheck, where you meet your provider to review results and fine-tune your dose, injection frequency, or estrogen balance.

We're a boutique, patient-focused clinic — not a high-volume TRT mill where you're one of five or six hundred men and just another number. Expect a white-glove experience built around you: we take the time to understand your health journey, and your plan is genuinely specialized to you. We also do something most TRT providers ignore — actively working to protect you from the potential downsides of testosterone therapy, hair loss chief among them.
TRT can accelerate hair loss, but whether it will comes down to your individual biology: how many androgen receptors sit in the follicles of the balding-prone areas, and how active your 5-alpha reductase enzymes are at converting testosterone into DHT. Because we're also a hair-restoration clinic, we look into this before it becomes a problem — a simple genetic test (the TrichoTest) shows whether you're prone to higher DHT conversion, so we can build a protection plan up front. Most TRT clinics don't do this. Our patients get the benefits of testosterone without trading their hair for them.
We offer three delivery options so treatment fits your life: walk-in in-clinic injections with no appointment needed; at-home self-injections for men who want more freedom; and long-acting pellets for a steady, consistent dose — one of the few places in Northwest Arkansas offering them. How often you inject and how often you test is worked out directly between you and your provider. That level of customization is a big part of what sets us apart.
Your care starts with onboarding bloodwork, followed by a recheck around 4 weeks. After that, most men move to quarterly or twice-yearly monitoring — though it's tailored to you, and your provider will order additional labs any time something needs fine-tuning. Every bit of that bloodwork is included in your membership.
It may be worth testing your testosterone if several of these low-T symptoms sound familiar: chronic fatigue and low energy, reduced sex drive, erectile changes or fewer morning erections, brain fog and poor concentration, loss of muscle and strength, increased body fat, low or irritable mood, reduced motivation and confidence, sleep disturbances, or reduced bone density.

No — you don't need outside bloodwork, and you don't need a referral. Just come in for your free consult and we draw, prep, and send your labs right from our clinic, with results often back as early as the next day. We handle everything.
For some men, raising testosterone can accelerate hair loss as it converts to DHT. Because we're also one of the region's leading hair-restoration clinics, we do what most TRT providers can't — optimize your hormones while actively protecting your hair.
A simple cheek swab analyzes 48 genetic variations to reveal exactly how your body responds to hair-loss treatments — so your protection plan is personalized to your DNA. Comprehensive report in about 14 days.
DHT-minimizing prescriptions to help preserve your hair.
Targeted nutrients and supplements that support growth.
FDA-approved topicals to keep your scalp vital.
Personalized stress, exercise, and diet support.
Continuous tracking with plan adjustments over time.
TRT is a medical treatment for low testosterone (hypogonadism) using pharmaceutical-grade, U.S.-compounded testosterone — prescribed and supervised by our providers.
Yes. It's an FDA-recognized treatment managed by board-certified providers with 20+ years of combined experience and thousands of men treated. Your care is guided by comprehensive bloodwork and ongoing monitoring.
Generally men 30 and older with specific health concerns and objectively low lab values. A full evaluation determines whether TRT is right for you.
Often, yes. Excess chest fat is frequently linked to high estrogen. An appropriate TRT plan can include medication to lower excess estrogen as part of your protocol.
There's a slight possibility if testosterone runs too high. We raise your levels gradually to a healthy balance to minimize side effects — and, as a hair clinic, we actively help protect your hair.
Our goal is to optimize your natural production. We use medications that reduce the likelihood of shrinkage, and we support you throughout if it occurs.
Complications are few and are reviewed with you at your exam. They typically only arise with excessive dosing — which is why we dose precisely and monitor carefully.
Medical science recognizes that male hormone levels decline with age — much like estrogen in women. Addressing it sooner helps you feel and perform your best, longer.
Injections are intramuscular, and most patients report minimal discomfort.
Your first consultation is completely free — no pressure, no commitment. Pick a time below and take the first step toward feeling like yourself again.
